The Founder
Trades hands. Builder's brain.
DB came up through the mechanical trades — mechanical rooms, rooftops, walk-in coolers, panel rooms. DB Enterprises is that experience turned into a company: HVAC-R, building controls, and electrical, delivered by one accountable crew.
Along the way he started building software, too. The Build With DB ecosystem — AI apps, automation systems, digital products — now powers this company's office. The dispatcher that answers our 2 AM calls and the reminder engine that books our shoulder-season tune-ups were built in-house.
That's the bet behind DB Enterprises: a trades company that runs like a tech company wins on both fronts — the work is done to code, and the experience around it actually feels modern.
How We Operate
Four rules on every job
01
Do It To Code, Once
Permits pulled, inspections passed, paperwork handed over. Rework is a dirty word here.
02
Answer The Phone
Nothing kills trust like silence. Between the crew and the AI dispatcher, you always reach someone.
03
Explain It Straight
You get the tradesman's explanation, not the salesman's. Options, numbers, and a recommendation.
04
Build Systems
From duct layouts to dashboards — everything we touch should run without heroics after we leave.
